Structural Welder

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Welders for projects located in or around West Jordan, UT. This is a first shift opportunity

Job Scope:

• Perform structural welding on steel beams, columns, and fabricated assemblies
• Weld light and heavy structural steel in a shop environment
• Follow applicable WPS requirements and project specifications
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
• Complete production welding safely and efficiently
• Maintain weld quality throughout the fabrication process
• Work extended shifts and overtime as required by project needs

• Requirements:
• Previous structural steel welding experience
• Strong FCAW (Flux-Core Arc Welding) experience
• Must pass various weld tests
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols
• Experience working with heavy structural steel and fabricated assemblies preferred
• Ability to meet welding quality and production standards
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
