Job Overview

Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring for qualified licensed journeyman electricians for long-term projects in the Midwest. This position offers $40/hour, $140/day per diem, and is consistent 50+-hour workweek.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in a mission-critical data center environment
  • Install EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduit
  • Install cable tray, pull feeders, and terminate power and control wiring
  • Install and connect switchgear, panels, transformers, and other electrical equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics
  • Perform all work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and jobsite safety requirements
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • 6+ years industrial experience
  • Experience installing rigid conduit, cable tray, feeders, and electrical terminations, setting electrical gears
  • Ability to work a 58-hour schedule
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and reliability
  • OSHA 10 construction cert
