uperior Skilled Trades is seeking for experienced Concrete Finishers for a Large-Scale Manufacturer in Fremont, California!

--- Weekley Pay---Per Diem --- Over Time

PAY RATE: $30-$38 (based on experience)

PER DIEM: $100 (60 + miles from the project)

START DATE: ASAP

JOB LOCATION: Fremont, California

Responsibilities

• Grind, hone, polish, and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications.
• Operate concrete grinders, polishers, edgers, and hand/power tools.
• Prepare surfaces and repair minor cracks, imperfections, and defects.
• Use diamond tooling, polishing pads, densifiers, hardeners, and sealers as required.
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Read drawings/specifications and inspect completed work for quality.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.

• Requirements
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• 3+ years of concrete polishing, grinding, or finishing experience.
• Experience operating concrete grinding and polishing equipment.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, diamond tooling, and polishing techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Preferred
• Commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Experience with large planetary grinders and dust collection systems.
• Experience applying concrete densifiers, sealers, and hardeners.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
